Integrated Master's in Clinical Psychology (2009–2014), University of Coimbra, Cognitive-Behavioral specialization in Psychological Disorders and Health, with work developed at the University Hospital of Coimbra.

PhD in Clinical Psychology (2018–2022), University of Coimbra. Research project on the evolution of borderline personality symptoms in Portuguese adolescents.

Clinical work with at-risk children and youth and intervention with families in social vulnerability. Support for young people with personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and sexual orientation or gender identity issues at the FPCEUC Student Support Office.

Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona — Porto University Centre, teaching in the Psychology degree and Master's in Clinical Psychology. Supervises master's dissertations and curricular internships. Also teaches at Instituto Superior Miguel Torga in Coimbra.

Research at CINEICC (University of Coimbra) on emotional regulation processes, adolescent depression, oncological disease adjustment, bipolar disorder and psychosis, at the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra.
