Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology, specializing in Psychopathology and Dynamic Psychotherapies, from the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra (2013–2019). ERASMUS+ exchange at the University of Groningen (2015–2016).
Clinical practicum in youth and adult consultations at SICAD — Intervention Service for Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies. ERASMUS+ internship at Youth Work Ireland (2019), with community intervention projects with LGBTQ+ youth, mental health promotion, employability and social skills.
Clinical and community intervention in social innovation projects with children, youth, adults and older adults in vulnerable situations. Trainer in active and healthy ageing projects with formal and informal caregivers, and community mental health promotion activities.
